Purchases: When you are making a purchase at Ultimate Amoré, there are a few policies that you should be aware of. First and foremost is our strict adherence to Health Code Policies. By this we mean that when purchasing almost anything from a store like ours, we have a strict ALL SALES FINAL policy which ensures that we will not take back and resell any used items. This is in effect for ALL items such as toys, novelties, lotions, oils, kits, gear, leather items, stockings, and lingerie.

Product Testing: Any adult products that require batteries (or have their own plug-in) will automatically be tested by our staff when they are received in our shipments. We may also test them at the point of sale before you leave the store in order to ensure that they are in good working condition - we do this discreetly under the counter, or if you like we can test products with you, so you have an idea how they work and what they do.

2. We are not responsible for faults or other failures mentioned on the website concerning specifications, instructions or sizes, etc.

3. A transaction is effected after we have received the customer's order form. Subsequently, the data stated on the form counts as proof of the contents of the transaction. Order forms will be accepted if sent by fax, mail or email. Shipping of the products takes place only after we have received the payment or authorization for payment.

4. All our prices are in Canadian Dollars and other taxes, shipping costs and handling costs will be calculated at the time of the order. This applies to all deliveries the world over.

5. Your payment will be effected discretely. We guarantee you your privacy as far as possible - we do not give your personal data to any other companies or individuals without your permission.

6. All items are deliverable from stock. When certains items are sold out, we claim the right to send an equal product up to three pieces. If you ordered more we will contact you within three days by E-Mail. In that case, we hold your delivery until the items are in stock.

7. Exchanging or canceling orders is not possible for hygienic reasons. If your order has not been treated correctly by us, you can, within three days after delivery contact us by E-mail (sales@ultimateamore.com). When you have our permission to return the items, you have to return it in a suitable way to our Customer Service Department, including your reasons for the return. Transport costs are your responsibility, but will be refunded if we accept your claim.

8. Transport is at your own risk. We guarantee the articles will be sent in a neutral and solid way, 

9. Because of possible legislations and regulations in different countries it is possible that some of these items may not be imported or may not be possessed by you in your country. You have your own responsibility to inform yourself on the point. We do not take responsibility for any damage at all caused by the use, ordering or delivery of our items to you. That means also that we cannot be held responsible in any way for the postal or customs regulations causing your shipment not to arrive.

10. Orders are only accepted from persons 18 years and older.

11. Most of our items have guarantees from the suppliers. We do not accept any liability for damage including consequential damage, caused by the use or delivery of items supplied by us.
